Where to begin... a little verjus is perfect on most any side you create. Any and most vegetables either roasted in the oven or pan sauted. Here's a simple recipe, but oh so delicious.
Verjus al Asparagus
1 bunch thin, young aspargus (we find these most flavorful)
A hearty splash of Verjus
Salt to taste
Thin slices of meyer lemon (if you have it)
Place in oven at 350˚ for 5-8 minutes.
