Baby back Ribs al VerJus
Serves 4
Slice one
rack of baby back ribs
flour slightly
sauté sliced spring onions in olive oil until golden brown
add the ribs to the medium hot oil and brown
add salt and pepper to taste
add 1/2 cup of Terra Sonoma Verjus
reduce sauce -add a little water if the sauce turns to oil -reduce again at
low heat
Eat instantly - they are finger lickin' good!
