VerJus Garlic Halibut
Serves 4

1-2 Halibut Steaks
1/2 cup Terra Sonoma VerJus
3 cloves garlic
extravirgin olive oil
sea salt

Prepare the Fish
Pour VerJus into marinating pan along with halibut and garlic cloves. Rub sea salt on both size of the Halibut and sprinkle with pepper. Let sit for 45 minutes.

Cooking
Preheat skillet with olive oil. Sear halibut for 3 minutes on each side for a rare steak. Remove and serve immediately.
