KARIN WARNELIUS-MILLER

From one corner of the world to the next, Karin has been involved in the Food and Wine world in both Europe and North America all of her life.
A native of Sweden, her strong identity to the simplicity and beauty of nature is apparent in the products she passionately creates - from VerJus, Wine and creative design products.
She grew up on a 200-acre ranch in northern Sonoma County. WIth an entrepreneurial spirit early, she began working at a young age... she remembers working in the vineyards after school pruning for 25 cents a vine.
She has studied both International Business and Graphic Design/Art. She believes keeping your eyes open to change and opportunity is key to a successful, inspiring business.
Karin lives with her husband and business partner, Justin Miller and their two children on their ranch in Geyserville where they produce artisan foods and Wine (Garden Creek : www.gardencreekvineyards.com).
To fulfill her artistic appetite, she continues to take on a few design projects a year and loves to paint abstract forms of grapevines. She is also a letterpress artist with a 1960's Vandercook press and C&P clamshell in the barn. You will also always find her with a camera in hand... most photographs on this site our hers.
JUSTIN MILLER
Vice-President/ Production - PARTNER
Justin's hands show his passion and dedication to winegrowing and working hard. He has been winegrowing since the age of 18 when he made the decision to take over the family ranch and has never looked back.
Justin's formal education includes both UC Davis and Sonoma State University where he studied Viticulture & Enology and Economics.
He can be seen in the old redwood barn on the ranch, our family winery, producing world-class wines and delicious VerJus while his children are playing at his side.
When Justin is not working on the ranch, all you have to do is look up into the sky - he's also a hanggldier and paraglider pilot.
ANDREW "Andy" WOEHL
Vice-President of Production - PARTNER
Andy is the 'genius' behind our production team. He works with us part-time while focusing on his flourishing eco-friendly business, Mas Wine Company - producers of Wine in a Keg.
He got his start in the beverage world by working with New Belgium Brewing Company where he helped to make Fat Tire Amber Ale a well known micro-brew brand. Later he joined Clos du Bois Winery and eventually became Plant Engineer. Andy holds a B.S. in Chemistry and a minor in Geology from Colorado State University.
