PHILOSOPHY is the rational investigation of the truths and principles of being, knowledge, or conduct....with Terra Sonoma we strive to capture the most authentic and best flavors from the vineyards.

How you may ask? We start with the simple ideology that great fruit makes for great wines, verjus and saba. We strive for excellence in our vineyards - although we are not certificed ORGANIC -- we do not use chemicals or fertilizers. We believe in the fact a healthy, balanced vineyard equates to balanced flavorful wines and food products. It's that final product of delicious juice, syrup and wine in our case... it's the ultimate best we can possibly produce.

In our determination to produce products of exceptional quality, we have learned to be patient with each years gift at harvest.

Our passion for food and winegrowing have led us to create two incredible culinary products - you will come to realize you too, cannot live in the kitchen without them.
